Industrial oxygen generator is also called air separation equipment (air separation equipment for short). It has many varieties and different types according to different classification methods. The equipment of PSA oxygen generating unit uses high-quality zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent, and uses the principle of PSA to obtain oxygen directly from compressed air. When the nitrogen and other impurities adsorbed in the adsorption tower reach a certain level, the pressure drop will make the zeolite molecular sieve desorb, which is the regeneration of the adsorbent and can be used repeatedly. Two adsorption towers are selected to work under the control of PLC to produce high-quality oxygen successively.
The precautions and emergency measures for explosion of oxygen generating unit equipment are as follows:
1. The control air is not clean and impurities are brought in to ensure the normal operation of the purifier and the excellent operation of the molecular sieve.
2. Avoid the thermal cracking products of air compressor or expander lubricating oil from being brought into the distillation tower.
3. The air inlet shall be far away from acetylene or other places where hydrocarbon products are produced.
4. Make sure that the oil-water separator operates normally.
5. All kinds of pipes, valves, valve flanges, gaskets, fasteners, etc. used in the fractionation tower must be standard parts conforming to safety rules, and the construction and installation units must be qualified operators.
6. The operators of oxygen production post belong to special operators. It is necessary to participate in the safety training of relevant departments and check the qualified operation.
7. The operation of oxygen production post shall strictly comply with the relevant safety operation regulations, and the liquid oxygen shall be discharged at regular intervals. Overtemperature, overpressure and overload operation are not allowed.
