■ Application of oxygen in water treatment process
□ When oxygen-enriched aeration is adopted for the activated sludge process, the growth rate of dissolved oxygen is about 8~10 times that of air aeration, which can significantly increase the oxygen transfer rate, improve the sludge concentration and improve the sludge sedimentation performance, especially applicable to the denitrification and upgrading of existing activated sludge treatment plants.
□ The water with low reoxygenation oxygen concentration of surface water often contains hydrogen sulfide and other malodorous substances, which pose a great threat to human beings. The use of micro-bubble oxygen-enriched aeration can convert sulfide into non-toxic thiosulfate or sulfate, which can be used for reoxygenation of surface water such as canals, rivers, lakes and artificial reservoirs.
□ When oxygen is applied to fish farming, the density and number of fish species can be multiplied, and the cost of water treatment can be reduced.
□ Industrial oxidation process Many oxidation processes require oxygen, such as sulfide oxidation in pulp bleaching, hydrogen peroxide production, etc.
□ Organic matter oxidation in wet oxidation water; Black liquid oxidation in pulp manufacturing; Pesticide damage; Desulfurization of coal.
